Hilltop Freightliner

This Freightliner sits on top of a small hill a dealership near where I work. After a dozen or so drive-by's waiting for something to happen with the sky I finally took this shot.

Cool shot Larry! Worth the wait I would say!

Cheers!

I like the concept, colors and clouds. I'm wondering; if you took this from a lower vantage point, more to the side while shooting up, if you could have effectively removed the shining light, light pole across the freeway, the dealership and motel; making it all about the truck and clouds. Either way, you shot something I probably would have missed altogether. You were patient enough to wait for the right atmospheric conditions before making the attempt. That's perseverance!

Patience and persistence certainly do pay off, don't they? I had to wait about two weeks as well for the right sky for my Entangled Spirits shot. You're lucky nobody drove off in the truck before the right sky came along!
